alright I added a new feature to this version as well as included a
text file to handle all the questions I have been getting. I have added
a new notify method called net send notify it can be used by most NT machines
it will only send notify NT machine to NT machine it can be used with static ip
or dynamic dns or any dns for that matter. My reason for adding it is to make a good
static ip notification with no extra programs needed to recieve it. This type of notify
includes a custom msg so you can have it say whatever you want file downloaded etc. This
version also has standard icq notification I should release a lite version around 1k or
so with either 1 or the other notification methods.
