Make sure you place the index.html file in the SAME DIRECTORY as the webserver exe (you can name the exe anything). If not there will be no page displayed. This works

This archive is an almost-complete reconstruction of the legendary Mega Security (also known as Kobayashi), a premier 90s-era "Trojan Database" where malware authors once showcased their work.
