Simple Program that was requested by Someone , Takes Shots from Cam
and Upload trough Ftp with a Action Log using PHP and using 
PNGIMAGE Component (pngdelphi.sourceforge.net) for Compression
U can Specify Delay Between Each Shot in Seconds and The number
of Shots on Each Startup.

upload cam.php and link it in the Editor then u will get logs in 
cam2ftp.txt (Upload Failed/Upload Success/Cam Unavailble or in use)
with Vic Name u Choosed and IP .
